An ear pick is a traditional accessory that was used to clean the ears. It is a small spatula with a long handle, cast from brass. Ear piccks have existed since the Bronze Age, and became widespread in the early Iron Age. They continue to be manufactured and used at the present time, especially as part of manicure sets.
